How much does it cost?

From €5 per bag per transfer: €5 small, €10 medium, €15 large. Travelling as a family or group? Ask for a bundle price: the more bags ride in one run, the less each one tends to cost. Steep-stairs porter jobs, airport runs and shipping are quoted individually on WhatsApp, and you'll have the number in minutes before you commit.

Which areas do you cover?

Day-to-day delivery and storage cover the whole of Lake Como: Como city, Cernobbio, Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio, Tremezzo and every village in between, plus pickups and drop-offs at Milan's airports and stations. Shipping home is different: we collect anywhere in Italy and deliver anywhere in the world.

How do I book, and how late is too late?

Message us on WhatsApp with your route and bag count and you'll usually have a quote in seconds. Pay by secure link, get a confirmation code by email. Same-morning requests usually work: customers regularly book at breakfast for a mid-morning pickup.

Where do we meet?

Are my bags insured?

Yes. Every bag we carry is insured from the moment we take it until the moment we hand it back, and we send you a photo of your bags on delivery.

Do you also store luggage?

We do, but our storage has wheels. Instead of leaving bags in a fixed depot, we keep them with us and meet you wherever your day ends. Searching for “deposito bagagli Como”? That's us, minus the walk back to collect them.

Can you handle a large group?

Yes. We regularly move seven or more checked bags for one group. Tell us the count and we'll size the van accordingly.

Can you bring bags from Milan's airports to Lake Como?

Yes: Malpensa, Linate and Milan's stations, to anywhere on the lake, and back. If your flight lands without your luggage, we can also recover it once the airline finds it.
