Couriers will take a box to an address. We take a suitcase from your front door to a hotel desk in a country you haven't reached yet, confirm the hotel will receive it, stay on the phone until it's there, and hold it ourselves if there is nobody to sign. One price, one person answering.

How far ahead should I send my luggage to Italy?
Ask for the quote as soon as you have the hotel and the dates. We tell you the collection date that gets the bags to the hotel before you land; the lead time depends on where you ship from, and you get it with the price.
Will the hotel accept my bags before I arrive?
Hotels with a reception almost always do; we confirm with them in advance and send you the confirmation. For an apartment or villa without a desk, we hold the bags and deliver them when you check in.
How much does it cost?
