Hotel, apartment or villa: confirm who can receive the shipment before collection. A hotel desk can accept it under your booking name; a private address needs a person there for the handover. Going home? We ship the bags back.

What "unaccompanied baggage" means at Italian customs.
A suitcase that travels without you is unaccompanied baggage. Italian customs treats a case of your own used clothes and shoes as personal effects, which pay no duty, as long as three things travel with it: a copy of your passport, your flight details, and a short list of what is inside. We prepare all three with you on WhatsApp before collection, so the carrier never calls you about paperwork.
Bought something new for the trip? Say so. Unused goods are declared differently, and we tell you what that means on your route before you pay. San Marino ships the same way as Italy: collected at your door, delivered to the address you give us.
What cannot travel in the case
Liquids and aerosols: shampoo, perfume and sprays stay in your hand luggage. Also out: wine and spirits, loose lithium batteries and power banks, cash, jewellery, documents and anything perishable. Everything else that fits in a suitcase goes.

Couriers will take a box to an address. We take a suitcase from your front door to a hotel desk in a country you haven't reached yet, confirm the hotel will receive it, stay on the phone until it's there, and hold it ourselves if there is nobody to sign. One price, one person answering.

How far ahead should I send my luggage to Italy?
Ask for the quote as soon as you have the hotel and the dates. We tell you the collection date that gets the bags to the hotel before you land; the lead time depends on where you ship from, and you get it with the price.
Will the hotel accept my bags before I arrive?
Hotels with a reception almost always do; we confirm with them in advance and send you the confirmation. For an apartment or villa without a desk, we hold the bags and deliver them when you check in.
How much does it cost?
From €150 per bag, door to door. Weight, size, origin and the hotel's city set the exact price, and you get it on WhatsApp before you commit.
Can you move my bags between Italian cities too?
Yes. Our dedicated Italy-to-Italy luggage transfer works between hotels, Airbnbs, villas and private addresses. Each route gets its own price and delivery estimate.
Are my bags insured?
Yes, from the moment they're collected until they're handed over at the hotel, with a photo at handover.
Can I ship luggage to San Marino?
Yes. San Marino is collected and delivered the same way as Italy: your door to the hotel or address you give us. Send the route and you get the price in the reply.
What goes on the packing list?
What is inside, by type and count: 8 shirts, 3 pairs of shoes, toiletries without liquids. No values for used personal effects. We fill it in with you on WhatsApp in two minutes.
Can I ship a bag to an apartment or an Airbnb in Italy?
Yes, when someone can sign at delivery. We check with your host first. If nobody can, we hold the bag and deliver it when you check in.
I fly in four days. Is that too late?
Ask today. The collection day that gets the bags there before you land depends on where you ship from, and it comes back with the price.
Does the bag need a box?
Yes: every bag that crosses a border ships inside a cardboard box. A suitcase goes in the box as it is. We tell you the size with the quote.
