Can you send skis and luggage to my hotel or chalet?

Yes, when the route, carrier, packing and a workable handover at the property are confirmed. Ask reception or your host before arranging the delivery.

Can you transfer everything between resorts?

Send every stop and date. We check time-sensitive resort transfers individually before accepting the job.

Are the form dimensions exact?

No. They are examples from real ski, snowboard and boot bags. Measure the outside of your packed parcel and weigh it before the final quote.

Does a padded ski bag need a box?

It may. Carrier rules vary, and a travel bag alone may not be accepted or covered. We confirm the packing rule for the selected service before you book.

Can you send the gear home while we continue around Italy?

Yes, subject to the collection address, route, packaging and carrier availability. Keep anything you still need with you.

How much does it cost?

The route, dates, number of parcels, packed dimensions and weight determine the live price. Send the details and we reply on WhatsApp.
