From €150 a bag. Weight, size and destination set the exact price, so we ask before we quote instead of guessing and surprising you later. The number you get covers collection at your address, the journey and delivery to your door. Nothing else turns up on top, except duty if you've been shopping, and we'll tell you about that too.
- Over the airline limit? 23 kg is where the surcharges start, and they're charged at the desk, in front of the queue. We have neither.
- Still travelling? The Lake Como combo: hand us the bags in Como, do Rome and Florence with a daypack, and we ship them the day you land back home. They arrive after you do.
- Going the other way? Send your bags ahead from home and find them waiting at your first hotel in Italy.
Why not just call a courier?
A courier wants a box, an address and you at home.
A courier picks up a packed box from a place with a reception desk, on a weekday morning, from someone who stays in to sign. A luggage-shipping app does the same with a nicer interface. Neither of them climbs the stairs of a Florentine apartment, waits for your ferry in Positano, or keeps your bags for five days while you finish the trip.
That is the part we do. We take the suitcase as it is, from wherever you are, and we stay on the phone until it is at your door. One price, one person answering, a photo when it's handed over. If that sounds like what a friend with a van would do, that is exactly the idea.

Wine and spirits (alcohol only moves between licensed businesses), loose lithium batteries and power banks, cash, jewellery and documents, anything perishable. We tell you before you pack.

Where in Italy can you collect my luggage?
Anywhere: a hotel, an apartment, a villa, a station or an airport, in Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan, Naples and the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Tuscany, Cinque Terre and everywhere in between. Tell us the address and we arrange the collection through our partner network.
How much does it cost?
From €150 per bag, door to door. The exact price depends on weight, size and destination, and you get it on WhatsApp before you commit. It covers collection at your address, the international journey and delivery to your door. Duty, if any, depends on what is inside the bag, not on who carries it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the destination and the service level you choose; we give you the delivery window with the quote. If you are still travelling we hold the bags and send them on the date you choose, so they arrive after you do, not before.
Are my bags insured?
Yes. Every bag is insured from the moment we collect it until it is handed over at your door, and you receive a photo of your bags at handover.
What can't I put in the bag?
Wine and spirits, loose lithium batteries and power banks, cash, jewellery and documents, and anything perishable. We tell you before you pack, and we help with the customs form.
Can you send my bags ahead instead?
Yes. Ship them from home to your first hotel in Italy before you land, or from one Italian city to the next, and travel with a daypack. Same quote, same insurance.
Can you keep my bags while I finish the trip, then ship them?
Yes, and it is our favourite job. You hand us the bags on Lake Como, carry on to Rome or Florence with a daypack, and we hold them for as long as you are travelling. The day you land back in New York, Sydney or Dubai, they are already on their way to your door.
