Why Rome is different

Apartments have nobody to sign
Trastevere, Monti, Prati: beautiful, and mostly apartments with a keybox. A courier's "hotel pickup" assumes a desk. We arrange a time with you and meet you, or your host, at the door.
Termini has storage, not shipping
The station's left-luggage room holds bags by the hour. It does not send them to Boston. If you are flying from Fiumicino in three days and want the bag gone today, collection from where you sleep is the only route without a taxi and a queue.

Can you collect from an apartment in Rome with no reception?
Yes. Most of our Rome collections are apartments. We agree a time window on WhatsApp and meet you, or your host, at the door; nobody has to wait in all morning.
How much does it cost to ship luggage home from Rome?

Can you hold the bags while I finish the trip?
Yes. Hand them over in Rome, go on to Florence or the Amalfi Coast with a daypack, and we ship on the date you choose, so the bags arrive home after you do.
Can you deliver to an apartment or an Airbnb?
Yes, when someone can sign at delivery. We check with the host first. If nobody can, we deliver to a hotel reception or hold the bag until you say.
I leave tomorrow. Is that too late?
Usually not. Collection needs one working day's notice in most cities. Tell us when you fly and the first possible collection day comes back in the reply.
Does the bag need a box?
Leaving Italy, yes: every bag ships inside a cardboard box, and the hotel reception usually has one. Within Italy a sturdy suitcase can travel as it is. We tell you which applies with the quote.
Can I ship liquids, perfume or shampoo?
No. Liquids and aerosols stay in your hand luggage. The carriers refuse them and the whole bag would be stopped.
