Stuck with a car in the wrong country?
A guest rented a car in Barcelona, drove it into Italy, and found out at the end of the trip that it had to go back to Spain. The desk in Milan would not take it. Doing it himself meant 1,050 km, two days and a flight back. He handed us the key in Milan and caught the flight he had already paid for.
That is the whole service. We collect cars in Milan, Como and anywhere within about 300 km, and deliver them anywhere in Europe. Two addresses is all we need to give you a price.

One price for the route.
There is no price list, because there is no standard job. A city car from Como to Zurich and an estate from Milan to Lisbon are not the same work. Tell us the route and what the car is, and the number covers collection, the journey, tolls, fuel and delivery.
- A rental the desk refuses to take back. The job we get asked for most. Send us the agreement first and we tell you what is allowed before you commit to anything.
- You moved, the car didn't. Sitting in a garage in Lombardy while you are already somewhere else. One transporter, one price, and you stop paying for a parking space.
- You bought a car up here. Collected from the seller in Milan, Turin or Brescia and delivered to your door, paperwork checked before it moves.
Why not drive it back yourself?
Because two days and a one-way flight cost more than they look.
Milan to Barcelona is 1,050 km. Eleven hours at the wheel, a night on the way, tolls through three countries, fuel, and a flight home the next morning. Then the part nobody adds up: two working days, and full liability for a car that is not yours for every one of those kilometres.
The other route is a truck. The car goes on a carrier with seven others and you hand over a key. It is slower and it is usually cheaper. We tell you which of the two fits your date, and we do not pretend the fast one is free.
We are in Como, forty minutes from Malpensa. That is why this works at a sane price: we are already here, and we already move things across the border every week. A firm in London quoting the same job has to get someone to Italy first, and you pay for that.

What we need before we quote
The two addresses, the make and model, and who the car belongs to. For a rental, the agreement. For your own car, the logbook. Nothing moves without written authorisation from the owner or renter, and for a rental, permission from the rental company.
The same number answers if the trip has luggage in it too. Say so in the message and we quote both together.

Who actually moves the car?
Most jobs go to a vetted transporter on a car carrier, booked and managed by us. When the date will not wait for a truck, one of our drivers takes it instead. You are told which one before you agree to anything.
What do you need from me before the car can move?
Written authorisation from the owner or the renter. If it is a rental, we also need the rental company's permission. We tell you exactly what to send when we send the price, and nothing moves until both are in hand.
Can you return a rental car to another country?
Often yes, and it is the job we are asked for most. It depends on the rental agreement and on the rental company's permission, so send us the contract first. If the move is not allowed, we tell you instead of taking the booking.
Where do you collect cars from?

A transporter across Europe is usually several days and runs on the carrier's schedule. Driven is one to two days. The quote carries a date, not an estimate.
Who pays the tolls, the fuel and any fines?
Tolls and fuel are already in the price. Any traffic fine from the journey itself is ours, and we tell you if one arrives. Anything from before we took the key stays with the owner.
What does it cost?
There is no price list. The route, the vehicle and how fast you need it set the number. You get one figure on WhatsApp, usually the same day, and it commits you to nothing.
