Leaving a suitcase at reception and entering a room early are two different requests. The hotel still controls room access. When BagMeHome is moving the luggage, we coordinate whether the property can receive it, from what time, under which booking name and with which contact.

- The accommodation name, full address and booking name.
- A reception or host contact.
- The number of bags and where you want to spend the day.
If your arrival changes, message us. We update the workable handover instead of sending you back through the same calls.
Choose the option that fits your route
Your hotel is near where you arrive
If the property can receive your bags and sits beside your arrival point, going there first may be simplest. If the walk, steps or ferry connection make that a poor trade, send us the route and we check a pickup instead.
Your hotel is in another lake town
Sketch the whole trip before choosing a bag drop: arrival point, hotel, morning plans and where you finish the day. A detour to leave bags is less useful if you must repeat the journey to retrieve them.

You have an apartment with a timed handover
Send us the host contact before you arrive. We check whether someone can receive the bags and, if not, propose another workable handover time or staffed point.

Hi BagMeHome, we arrive at [station, airport or ferry pier] on [date] at [time], with [number] bags. We are staying at [property and booking name]. We want to go to [first stop] while you arrange the luggage handover.
Add the property contact and a photo of the bags. Keep medicine, documents, money, jewellery, batteries and anything needed that day with you.
A bag drop or a delivery?
Choose a hotel bag drop when the property is close, accepts the bags and visiting it already fits your day.
Choose delivery when you want to step off the train, plane or ferry and go somewhere else. Send us the route; we coordinate where the bags are collected, who receives them and when.

Questions before you travel
Does leaving luggage at a hotel mean I can check in early?
No. Bag acceptance and room access are separate. When you book BagMeHome delivery, send us the property contact and booking name; we coordinate the bag handover, while the hotel decides room access.
What if my apartment host cannot receive bags before check-in?
Tell us before booking. We check another handover time or staffed receiving point instead of leaving you to solve it at the door.
Does BagMeHome have a luggage counter I can walk into?
No counter is needed. Text us your arrival point, accommodation and times; we arrange pickup at one point and delivery to another on Lake Como.
